Astrolabium terms of use
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Astrolabium is offered by Aitor Gilabert Juan, Catalonia, Spain. Using the app means accepting these terms. Contact: aitorgilabert@proton.me.
What Astrolabium is
A tarot, I Ching and lunar guidance app for reflection and entertainment. The cards, the moon and the AI text are prompts for thinking about your own situation. They do not predict the future and they are not a source of fact.
What Astrolabium is not
It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it must not be used to decide anything of that kind — including when to have surgery, when to start or stop a medication, a treatment or a diet. For those, talk to a qualified professional. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number (112 in Europe) or a crisis line.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old.
Your account
The app creates an anonymous account for you on first open, and you can turn it into a registered one without losing anything. You are responsible for what you write in it. You can delete it at any time from Settings → Delete account or through the deletion page.
Subscriptions and payment
- The free tier includes a daily draw and a daily allowance of AI actions.
- A subscription is bought and charged by Google Play or the App Store, never by Astrolabium directly, and it renews automatically until you cancel it in the store.
- Cancellations and refunds are handled by the store under its own rules. Deleting your Astrolabium account does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy. If they change, the change applies to future renewals, not to the period you already paid for.
Fair use
Do not use Astrolabium to harass anybody, to generate illegal content, or to attack the service — automated abuse, bypassing the AI limits, or extracting content in bulk. Daily AI limits apply per account and per device. Accounts that abuse the service can be suspended.
Content generated by AI
AI text is generated on the fly and can be wrong, repetitive or off. It is offered as it is. If an answer is offensive or dangerous, report it with the flag icon next to it; reports are read.
Availability
Astrolabium depends on third-party services and can be interrupted or changed. Where the law allows, it is provided without warranties, and liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the problem. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.
Governing law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
Changes
These terms can change; the app will say so before a change that affects you takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
